Tips

Additional Information

  • Each person’s physiology is different; what worked for me may not work for you, however, this information gives you a starting point and direction on your journey.

  • The solutions are simple, but the lifestyle modifications are not, especially if you suffer from any additional conditions, especially autoimmune.

  • I created these resources for a lecture I gave in Dec 2022. Please do share with others if you feel it will be beneficial in improving quality of life or saving someone’s life.

  • Unfortunately, many doctors do not do their research and do not understand the repercussions of the virus, its variants, and its effect on cellular function, which is where you need to focus, especially if you suffer from covid fatigue. The majority of the research comes from the UK and Canada.

  • For electrolytes, instead of Gatorade or Pedialyte, supplement with a magnesium and potassium capsule, aloe juice, and eat foods high in potassium such as pumpkin seeds (pepitas), beans, and peas. Bioavailability from foods will help your cellular function better than supplements and is much more cost effective. Consider: Watermelon Juice, Coconut Water, Prickly Pear, or other herbs high in electrolytes.

  • My life is completely different now and I know how difficult it is to navigate with an invisible illness that’s also unrecognized by the government and medical field in the US.
